May Yoga Series – Tuesday evenings: 1) Finding Your Grounding 2) Planting Seeds of Kindness within Ourselves 3) Cultivating Gratitude 4) Weeding out the Negative, Growing the Positive Thursday evenings: 1) Honoring and Protecting Your Body (focus: protection) Followed by “Meet the Llamas” 2) Fostering a Curious Mind (focus: curiosity) Followed by “Meet the Goats” 3) Yoga & a Sense of Community (focus: love & belongingness, sense of community) Followed by “Meet the Sheep” 4) Developing Tapas (Discipline) in Your Practice & Daily Life (focus: burning zeal/discipline) Followed by “Meet the Chickens” (tapas, in yoga, refers to a burning away of impurities and loosely translates “heat”. Chickens have a much higher body temp than humans)
